Would've been a 5 Star , but it's a hit or miss here sometimes the meat is hot n everything is fresh n then there's sometimes I go here my stuff is cold && extremely fatty but other than the inconsistency they're great people n very friendly staff .
I've never seen a taco truck that had an outside sitting area and inside. The shrimp cocktail was pretty good it needed more veggies , but it had a good flavor . Tripita tacos where crunchy and the tortilla was a good size . I definitely recommend this place . I forgot to mention the indoor has AC and restrooms .
Absolutely love everything on the menu, always nice people . Would totally recommend coming here .

I drove to Hempstead from Round Rock this morning and happened to pass this place as I was leaving town. The line of people at the side window of this converted school bus was what caught my attention. I reasoned that if this many people lined up to order food in a small town, the food had to be good. I used to manage Mexican restaurants so I tend to be a food snob when it comes to Mexican food. I ordered a Taco de barbacoa and a Taco Pastor. I ordered both with Pico de Gallo, extra cilantro, and onions. The barbacoa was one of the best street tacos I've had. The meat was spiced to perfection and there was just enough juice to make it moist but not so much that it saturated my tortillas. I asked for tortillas de maíz and they tasted like they were home made. The blend of flavors topped by goat cheese was out of this world. I was equally pleased with the Taco Pastor. The third item I ordered was a Gordita de carne. The pouch was a little greasy but the flavor was delicious. The only problem is that they don't have a location in Round Rock.

Had breakfast tacos here many times . Have supplied their tacos in morning presentations / business meetings and are always loved by the participants . Often asked " where did you buy these " ? Their tortilla is off the charts good. But this morning I tried the egg / cheese / chorizo taco . Next level , all world and hope they have them in the afterlife !
